If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 7 Days from the date of receipt and process a 100% Money Back. In order to make this absolutely hassle free, we will also pick up the product free of cost from your home. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired and is in the same condition as you received it. All you need to do is initiate claim request through the ‘My Account’ Section.

Terms & Conditions

The 100% Money Back Guarantee is applicable within 7 Days of receipt of Product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item. On certain items like Appliances & Electronics Seller’s or Brand’s Warranty may supersede Stybuzz 100% Money Back Guarantee. For Non Furniture category 100 % Money back is only applicable on the receipt of incorrect or damaged product Stybuzz will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us or dispose/ destroy them. Items must be returned to Stybuzz in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, peripherals, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact. To return items made of gold/silver, you will need to ship the item back along with the Original Certificate & invoice issued and sent to you with the item . Items made of Gold/Silver are inspected and approved by our Quality Check team and the refund will be processed and return shipping charges reimbursed post approval by the Quality Check team. Customized orders cannot be returned.
